实验室装修常用材料

实验室装修工程分为两部分，一为配套办公室装修工程、二为实验室装修系统工程；办公室装修主要分为前台和办公场所。
实验室根据功能分区主要分为：操作间、数据处理间、储藏间、实验室辅助间等。
实验室装修材料使用标准
1、所有建筑装饰材料符合装修材料燃烧性能等级：
a.吊顶材料：必须满足A级防火要求
b.地面材料：必须满足B1级防火要求
c.墙面材料：必须满足B1级防火要求
2、选用的装修材料必须符合（民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制规范）的相关规定。
3、有贵重仪器设备的实验室的隔墙不低于1h的非燃烧体材料。
4、可燃气瓶室的隔墙、门均应防爆材料和开设泄爆窗口。
实验室常用装修材料：
1、地面：PVC地胶板（耐磨、防酸碱、防静电、不产尘）、环氧树脂地流坪地面（防酸碱、抗碾压、不产尘）、抛光砖地板（耐磨、防酸碱、易清洁）
2、墙体：半墙半玻璃、彩钢板墙体、轻钢龙骨硅酸钙板墙体、落地式全玻璃、砖墙。
3、天花：彩钢板天花、铝扣板天花、石膏板天花、矿棉板天花、石膏板造型天花
功能材料选择：
1、挂墙板：
（千思板、实芯理化板、抗倍特板等），其特点具有防腐蚀、防潮、耐强酸強碱、耐高温耐抗击等
2、硅藻泥
硅藻泥是一种天然环保内墙装饰材料，用来替代墙低和乳胶漆，具有优舁的呼吸调湿，抗菌除臭，净化空气的功能。其物理吸附的作用有效的去除空气中的有害物质及实验操作过程中所产生的异味。
3、活动隔断
