设计原则
1、根据大楼的结构特点,就近开设风井,划分排风和补风系统,管道系统做到“短、平、顺、直”,减小系统阻力,降低系统噪声
2、排风和补风系统达到风量平衡,保持室内-5Pa—-10Pa的负压,防止有害气体的散溢,保证实验人员的身心健康;
3、夏天补冷风、冬天补暖风保证室内温湿度的舒适性;
4、采用智能变频控制系统,达到操作方便、节能降噪的目的;
5、综合考虑各项因素,采用投资少、运行稳定、运行费用低、运行效果好的成熟工艺;
6、所选择的工艺必须满足现场条件,平面布置简洁、紧凑、少占地,并方便生产操作和维护维修;
7、非标设备应符合国家或行业相关规范,并保证性能稳定、外表美观;
8、在设计中充分考虑噪声、臭味等,防止二次污染的产生,不给周围环境造成新的污染;
9、处理设施具备冲击负荷能力,确保废气达标排放。
设计参数
1、支管路内风速6~8m/s, 干管路内风速8~14m/s;
2、通风设备设计风量:通风柜面风速:0.3~0.8 m/s;单台1200*800*2350通风柜设计风量1500m3/h; 单台1500*800*2350通风柜设计风量1800m3/h;单台1800*800*2350通风柜设计风量2200m3/h; 万向抽气罩面风速:≥0.35 m/s,万向抽气罩排风量150~350m3/h,原子吸收罩面风速:≥0.35 m/s,排风量350~600 m3/h。

4、通风系统使用终端噪声≤62db。
