一、定风量系统控制
1、系统采用静压传感自动变频控制(或PLC编程控制),静压传感自动变频 控制可以根据开启通风设备的数量变
化,将其感应到的静压转变成0-10v的电信号输入变频器从而自动调节风机频率,使风机的抽风量与实际所需排风量相匹配,从而确保排风效果,达到节能节噪的效果;
2、每台通风柜安装一个电子风量调节阀,其控制开关和变频控制系统及风机联动,可实现单台或多台通风设备等不
同工况下的控制。风量调节阀采用数显可调角度的电子风量调节阀,并且有记忆功能(即可以记住此次调节的角度,下次打开时仍然调到设计的角度)。
3、系统风阀和风机整体联锁,实现气流的有序流动,平衡系统风量,防止气流反串、倒流。
二、变风量系统(VAV)控制

2、每台通风柜安装一个文丘里变风量风阀,其控制开关和变频控制系统及风机联动,可实现单台或多台通风设备等不同工况下的控制。变风量调节阀门采用数显可调角度的文丘里风阀,并且有记忆功能(即可以记住此次调节的角度,下次打开时仍然调到设计的角度)。
3、系统风阀和风机整体联锁,实现气流的有序流动,平衡系统风量,防止气流反串、倒流。
